2026/2027 Sponsorship Opportunities

The Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council (HREPC) is an association of practicing certified public accountants, chartered life underwriters, attorneys, trust officers, certified financial planners and non-profit professionals. HREPC extends this invitation with the following sponsorship opportunities for our 2026/2027 meetings and website sponsorships.

Cocktail Hour Sponsor ($1000) includes:                                       

• Signage with company name and logo displayed during cocktail hour

• Sponsorship acknowledgment during dinner event

• Opportunity to bring brochures/flyers to distribute to attendees

• Opportunity to network with attendees

 

Dinner Sponsor ($1500) includes:

• Signage displayed in meeting room and at registration desk

• Sponsorship acknowledgment and signage to be posted at dinner meeting

• Opportunity to bring brochures/flyers to distribute to attendees

• Opportunity to network with attendees and address the group with an introductory speech (limit 5 minutes) and introduce the speaker

• Two (2) reservations for dinner meeting

 

Sponsor the entire evening (includes all the above) for less than the price of both! ($2000)

Cocktails begin at 5:15 pm, dinner is served at 6:15 pm followed by the guest speaker.

All meetings take place at the Town Center City Club, 222 Central Park Ave #230, Virginia Beach, VA 23462

 

Website Sponsor ($500) includes: 

  • Your company logo with link on our website, www.hrepc.org, for the full fiscal year

(NEW) Young Professionals ($1000) includes:

  • Sponsorship acknowledgement during events (up to 4 per fiscal year)
  • Opportunity to network with attendees

(NEW) August Member Social ($1000) includes:

  • Sponsorship acknowledgement during the Social
  • Opportunity to network with attendees
