2023/2024 Sponsorship Opportunities

The Hampton Roads Estate Planning Council (HREPC) is an association of practicing certified public accountants, chartered life underwriters, attorneys, trust officers, certified financial planners and non-profit professionals. HREPC extends this invitation with the following sponsorship opportunities for our 2023/2024 meetings and website sponsorships.

Cocktail Hour Sponsor ($750) includes:                                       

• Signage with company name and logo displayed during cocktail hour

• Sponsorship acknowledgment during dinner event

• Opportunity to bring brochures/flyers to distribute to attendees

• Opportunity to network with attendees

Dinner Sponsor ($1000) includes:

• Signage displayed in meeting room and at registration desk

• Sponsorship acknowledgment and signage to be posted at dinner meeting

• Opportunity to bring brochures/flyers to distribute to attendees

• Opportunity to network with attendees and address the group with an introductory speech (limit 5 minutes) and introduce the speaker

• Two (2) reservations for dinner meeting

Sponsor the entire evening (includes all the above) for less than the price of both! ($1500)

Cocktails begin at 5:30 pm, dinner is served at 6:15 pm followed by the guest speaker.
